Last month, the Simply Hired team attended SourceCon Atlanta, an event designed to help sourcers and recruiters develop strategies and tactics for hiring talent. The team and I were delighted to meet and exchange ideas with professionals in the employment industry.
One key theme at SourceCon was the distinction between a recruiter and a sourcer. Here’s one stat we learned from ERE:
