At the end of 2013, Simply Hired asked recruiters a simple question on Twitter: what their goals were for 2014. The submissions inspired our new series called “I Resolve To…,” articles that help with your HR and recruiting goals for the coming year.
In December of 2013, a recruiter tweeted “400K” as their 2014 goal. But how can HR and recruiters contribute 400K to an organization? Keep in mind: all departments aid in generating sales—HR included. For instance, it takes hiring and managing talent to achieve sales goals in the first place!
