What are Americans looking for in a dream job? Is it prestige, money or personal fulfillment? A recent Simply Hired study showed that the vast majority of Americans want fulfillment over money, and they are willing to wait in order to find the right job. With well over half of those surveyed at least casually searching for another job, employers must work harder to attract and retain talent through employer branding and employee engagement efforts. When a dream job is just a mouse-click or screen-tap away, every little bit you can do to engage your current and future employees counts.
