We are excited to offer our small and mid-sized business customers a greatly improved job advertising experience through major improvements to Simply Post.
Simply Post, Simply Hired’s self-serve pay-per-post job advertising option, now provides an easy to use online dashboard that helps employers more effectively post and manage job ads and track qualified applicants in one place.
With the new online dashboard, employers can:
- Make edits to a job even after the job has been posted, offering a higher level of flexibility in adjusting the requirements for an open role.
- Repost previously advertised jobs, saving employers who repost similar roles throughout the year valuable time since a copy of the job description is saved and ready-to-post within the dashboard.
Employers can also navigate to the Applicants tab within the dashboard to view and manage the applications that they receive from qualified candidates.
