Your Job Descriptions Aren’t Reaching Job Seekers

Sit right back and let us at Simply Hired tell you a tale; a tale of horror.  It goes something like this. You have a crop of hopeful applicants referred to you by a recruiting agency, pre-screened and ready, willing and able to fill your company’s open position.  You have 5 or 6 different interviews scheduled with multiple levels within the chain of command. The interviews roll around and instead of the perfect candidate, you find out instead that none of the applicants have relevant, hands-on experience and are generally off the mark.  Not only have you wasted the applicant’s time, you’ve devoted company resources to the interview process and maybe even shelled out for the recruiting referrals. In short, your position didn’t reach the perfect candidate because you made it difficult for them to find you in the first place.
