Job Openings Continue to Grow in April

Today, Simply Hired released its May 2014 U.S. Employment Outlook report. The report found job openings continued to grow in April, with a 2.3% increase month-over-month and 26.6% year-over-year. This 2.3% growth in job openings is slightly lower than last month’s 5.1% gain but still indicates steady growth across the nation.

“The Simply Hired Employment Outlook continues to show there are many more job openings today than there were a year ago,” said James Beriker, CEO of Simply Hired. “This is excellent news for job seekers who are ready for the next great opportunity, and we are here to make sure they find and land the job they really want.”
