Last November Simply Hired announced the launch of our Employer Brand Index (EBI), an employer brand measurement that analyzes the engagement of the millions of job seekers who use Simply Hired each month. The EBI provides an impartial brand strength indicator, the results of which you can see in our Top 50 Retail Employer Brands.

Today Simply Hired is excited announce the 2014 winners of our Top 25 Employer Brands – companies with the highest rank according to the Simply Hired EBI.

Through analysis of all job seeker engagement with companies featured on Simply Hired’s website throughout 2014, Simply Hired has highlighted the top 25 brands in the automotive, entertainment and media, healthcare, insurance, technology, and transportation industries.

While large and widely-recognized brands such as Google, Tesla and NBC are featured, smaller and more regional employers like Scottsdale Healthcare and Big Fish Games have also won top spots.

We believe this illustrates the recent shift in job seeker behavior to find the right job. In fact, 74 percent of Americans believe that the right job is out there for everyone, and as a result job seekers have begun to focus their job search on organizations and positions that are a match for each job seeker’s attitude, aptitude, as well as more practical considerations such as proximity to home.

Are you among the many Americans who set a New Year’s resolution to find a new job? Consider exploring jobs with one of the top 25 employer brands as measured by the engagement of job seekers such as you on Simply Hired.
