SHRM 2010 Conference Wrap-Up

Tuesday marked the final expo day of the SHRM Annual Conference for 2010 and boy was it a busy one! We were happy to see that attendance was up from last year, with more than 11,000 HR professionals in attendance. Rarely was there a break in the flow of visitors to our booth and they were a very engaged audience, wanting to learn more about Simply Hired and what we do.

At the Simply Hired booth, we held a Dream Job contest which turned out to be a fabulous hit! By telling us their dream job, visitors to our booth would receive one of our limited-edition t-shirts (which everyone loved). On the last day of the Expo at 10am, we announced the person with the Best Dream Job and winner of an Amazon Kindle: Robert L. who dreams of being a Disney Gardener. Very creative!

Overall, the SHRM Annual conference was a success for Simply Hired, with great branding, engaged conversations and lots of fun. We look forward to seeing you all again next year in Las Vegas for the 2011 Conference & Expo!

Simply Hired Announces Winners of Dream Job Contest

Dream Job Contest Wrap-Up

Well, our Dream Job Contest will officially end at 11:59pm PST tonight, and we received so many creative, bizarre, hilarious, green and noble responses from all of you! Thank you all for your job title submissions in SimplyHired.com’s Dream Job Contest. All of the entries were great – and we’ve been having a fantastic time reading them!
